Francesco Camilotti

Francesco Camilotti is a lawyer and partner at Legalitax.

With over thirty years experience he deals in:

• Domestic and international mergers and acquisitions
• Cross-border transactions
• Corporate re-organisation and  joint ventures.

Francesco assists national and international groups belonging to various sectors and specialises in the mechanics, automotive, fashion and pharmaceutical sectors. 

He is also in charge of the Legalitax energy group which focuses in particular on renewable energy, energy efficiency and legal and financial assistance to companies active in the development, realisation, purchase, sale and financing of both greenfield and turnkey projects.

Over the years he has assisted foreign and Italian companies expand their businesses in Italy and abroad, set up corporate and contractual joint ventures and put in place and negotiate complex corporate structures and transactions all over the world,  mainly in Europe, North America, Russia and the Middle and Far East.

In 1980 Francesco joined, as a partner, Miele & Croze law firm. In 1986 he founded the firm Studio Legale Camilotti-Ceccon-Polettini, which became Studio Associato LCA – Avvocati e Commercialisti d’impresa in 2001 through the merger with Studio Bombassei Cerchiai Vidal and Studio Legale Giordano & Partners. Starting from 1st January 2009 Francesco became a founding partner of CBA Studio Legale e Tributario as a result of the merger between Studio Associato LCA and Studio Camozzi Bonissoni Varrenti. Finally, as of January 1st 2013 Francesco and other 10 partners founded and, along with about 60 professionals from CBA, set up Legalitax Studio Legale e Tributario.
