Diego Annarilli is a tax expert, statutory auditor and an expert in tax law and has been working for the most important Italian firms since 2001.

Diego has substantial experience in international taxation matters and extraordinary transactions as well as in family-run business participation rearrangement and asset protection matters, real estate and energy, assisting Italian and multinational industrial and business groups in the following sectors:

Diego provided corporate and financial consultancy services in Bologna at KLegal a part of KPMG International (2001-2002)

He then moved on to CBA Studio Legale e Tributario, previously Camozzi & Bonissoni Studio Legale e Tributario (2002-2012), and was made an associate in 2008.
