Alessandro Pappalardo

Alessandro Pappalardo, partner, is an Italian qualified lawyer. He specialises in corporate and commercial law and is also an expert on financial products issued by insurance companies.

He provides assistance to leading insurance companies, as well as multinational companies in the automotive, graphic and printing, telecommunications, healthcare, precision electronics, food & beverage and aviation sectors.

More specifically he specialises in:

• Litigation concerning the distribution of financial products issued by insurance companies
   
• Advice on corporate law matters and setting up of companies and joint ventures
   
• Mergers and acquisitions concerning corporate entities and businesses
   
• Drafting and negotiating national and international commercial agreements (OEM, supply and distribution agreements, intercompany agreements) 
   
• Advice on corporate criminal responsibility under Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and on the implementation of organisation models, management and control systems as required by the same Decree
