Laura Bellicini, lawyer, auditor and partner at Legalitax  specialises in the field of non-profit organisations.  

She is a regular auditor for numerous Boards of Statutory Auditors for joint-stock companies (S.p.A.) and limited liability companies (S.r.l.) and is a member of the Board of Auditors and a Liquidator for numerous charitable organisations

Laura, moreover, is also Statutory Auditor at Coni Servizi SpA, Auditor at Fondazione Il Vittoriale degli Italiani, as well as Chairman of the Board of Auditors of the Bar Association of Rome.

She covers all the fiscal and legal aspects of the non-profit sector including:

  • charitable associations, foundations, non-profit organisations, supervisory boards etc
  • organisations operating in medical-scientific fields  and medical research fields (organisations dealing with medical/scientific matters, pharmaceutical matters, hospitals, conferences and CME)

Prior to joining Legalitax Laura Bellicini was a partner at CBA Studio Legale Tributario (2003-2013), an Associate at Camozzi&Bonissoni (1998-2002) and a Senior Tax Expert at Studio di Consulenza Legale e Tributaria Andersen Legal (1994-1998) after having completed both Notary and Solicitor training.
