Massimo Baglioni, is a tax expert and auditor and has spent many years focusing on Public Utility matters, with specific reference to local public transport issues, a field in which he has a wealth of experience.

He is a statutory auditor for a number of Boards of Statutory Auditors of joint-stock companies (S.p.A.) and limited liability companies (S.r.l.) and is also a Party-appointed expert (Consulente Tecnico di Parte).
