Alessandro Polettini is a lawyer and partner of Legalitax.

He has also conducted extensive research into the issues surrounding Legislative Decree 231/2001 and product liability.

Alessandro provides assistance to Italian companies and Italian branches of multi-nationals operating in a variety of sectors including light industry (systems/equipment, machines and industrial products), software houses and gaming.

Over the years he has assisted numerous companies with their plans to expand abroad both in Europe and further afield in locations such as The United States, The United Arab Emirates, India, China, Turkey, Egypt, Senegal, The Ivory Coast, Liberia, Australia and Brazil.

He is a member of Supervisory Boards.

He is regularly invited to speak at conferences and seminars concerning the globalization of business and collaborated with Professor Alberto Miele for some years in his role as professor of international law at the University of Padua.

Alessandro began his career in Rome in 1982 at the Lavaggi law firm, he then moved to Paris to work at the Goldsmith & Devolvé offices and returned to Italy where he furthered his knowledge of international agreement matters at the Miele & Croze law firm with offices in  Padua,  Milan and Rome.

In 1986 he became one of the founding partners in Studio Camilotti Ceccon Polettini in Padua which, in 2001 merged into Studio LCA , before becoming an equity partner in the firm CBA Studio Legale Tributario, following the 2008 merger between LCA and CBV.

Finally as of January 1st 2013 Alessandro and 10 other partners founded Legalitax Studio Legale e Tributario with about 60 professionals.
