Maurizio Monterisi provides assistance to companies, (including multinationals and those operating in the gaming sector, manufacturing, transport, construction, service industry, automotive and mass distribution as well as to authorities granting public service contracts, trade unions and trade associations. 

He has a wealth of experience in drawing up agreements and ordinary and extraordinary corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisation and legal due diligence) as well as drawing up organisation, management and control systems in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, dealing with the  company administrative-criminal liability matters and assisting with Supervisory Board matters.

Maurizio Monterisi is a member of Supervisory Boards under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

He writes articles, participates in conferences and teaches, specialising in matters concerning the Organisation, Management and Control Systems set forth in Legislative Decree no. 231/2001. He is also the author of a range of articles published in technical journals.

Previously, Maurizio Monterisi was an associate at CBA Studio Legale Tributario and collaborated with Klegal - Studio Associato Consulenza legale e tributaria in Rome – a branch of KPMG International, after having completed solicitor training.
