He has written a number of articles for financial journals and is regularly invited to speak at conferences on the various methods of debt restructuring and on the techniques employed to optimize the financial and fiscal management of M&A transactions.
Cristiano Cerchiai was a founding partner in the firm Studio Bombassei Cerchiai Vidal commercialisti which, in 2001, became Studio Associato LCA legali e commercialisti d’impresa following a merger between the law firm Camilotti Ceccon Polettini and Studio Legale Giordano & Partners, prior to his role as partner in CBA Studio Legale e Tributario.
