Andrea Rescigno, admitted to the bar of Milan, is a partner with Legalitax in the corporate and commercial department. He represents clients in connection with the following:

Andrea Rescigno represents Italian and foreign clients mainly in the industrial (chemical, pharmaceutical and printing) and media sectors.

Andrea is chairman of several 231 Supervisory Boards and has been on the Board of Directors of a variety of subsidiaries of primary multinational groups.

He  co-wrote  "Insolvency Laws of Italy", the Italian Chapter of the "International Treatise on Insolvency Laws", published by uris Publishing.

Mr. Rescigno has worked for a number of primary domestic law-firms and specialised in insolvency proceedings during his time at Maupoil law firm.

In 2001 he became a local partner at the Milan office of White & Case.

In 2006 he founded CRRW & Partners and in 2012 he went on to found Rescigno e Fraschini e Avvocati which then merged into Legalitax.

Andrea is qualified to plead before the Italian Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione).
