Giampiero Belfiore, admitted to the bar of Rome, is a manager with Legalitax. He specialises in the following

areas of activity:

  1. corporate law, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, industrial and financial investments, joint ventures, company reorganizations as well as corporate governance;
  2. debt restructuring and insolvency proceedings, as legal advisor in restructuring of insolvent corporations and turnaround transactions;
  3. commercial contracts, both domestic and cross-border.

Furthermore Giampiero Belfiore is specialised in corporate criminal liability issues subject to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

He is a member (Chairman) of a range of Supervisory Boards set up in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

Giampiero Belfiore regularly speaks at conventions and teaches refresher courses and seminars dealing, in particular, with issues concerning debt restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

Before joining Legalitax, Giampiero Belfiore attained the role of Senior lawyer at CBA Studio Legale Tributario (previously Camozzi Bonissoni e Varrenti) (2009-2013).

Giampiero Belfiore has co-written various articles which have been published in various technical journals, particularly focusing on themes concerning the organisation, management and control systems required by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
