Alessandro Gulisano,  chartered accountant and auditor is a tax partner at Legalitax.

Alessandro Gulisano specialises in tax law and provides assistance and consultancy services on tax and corporate matters for multinational groups.

Alessandro Gulisano has a wealth of experience in accounting, corporate and tax matters with particular focus on re-organisations, domestic and international tax planning and transfer pricing. He also provides assistance with drawing up commercial and financial agreements and legal assistance with tax litigation matters. 

Alessandro Gulisano regularly contributes to journals on fiscal law such as "Il Fisco", "IVA", "Corriere Tributario" and “Bilancio e Reddito d’Impresa”, and has published numerous articles on VAT and Corporate Income Tax.

Alessandro Gulisano also teaches at the Scuola Superiore dell’Economia e delle Finanze “Ezio Vanoni” (The School of Economics and Finance included in the Ministry of Economics and Finance) and at the “Il Sole 24 Ore” within its Master in Tax Law programme.

He is a member of the Italian branch of IFA (International Fiscal Association).

Alessandro Gulisano holds the role of Statutory Auditor and is a member of Supervisory Boards under ex Legislative Decree no. 231/2007 for companies ruled by Italian law.
