Lorenzo Camilotti is a lawyer and partner at Legalitax.

Lorenzo focuses on the energy sector and, more specifically, renewable energy sources and energy efficiency. He provides advice on drawing up and negotiating the relevant project agreements (EPC/O&M etc) during the acquisition and organisation of finance transactions for various projects and due diligence activities. 

Furthermore he has gained a wide experience in aviation law having assisted domestic and European carriers in various contractual, regulatory and litigation matters.

He regularly published articles in technical journals in this field, participates in conferences and is a member of Telfa Trans European Law Firm Alliance).

He began his career at LCA avvocati e commercialisti d’impresa studio associato (2004 – 2009) and then he worked at CBA Studio Legale e Tributario until 2012 before joining Legalitax.
